having started my cg career with lightwave , i was very fond of the cell rendering possibility that this software have to offer ,<br />
being now a maya artist i really wanted to be able to duplicate those result , i tried the paint effect method but at the end of the day .. i do prefer the result and ease of use of mental ray<br />
each picture i done with 2 pass one for teh color and one for the outline rendertime for each pass is around 30 sec<br />
then a little bit of post processing is added in photosho cs or in digital fusion ]]>

- shading and render layer / multipass rendering setting in maya <br />
- compositing  in digital fusion and finishing in cs<br />
<br />
my target was to make it look like a small diorama , hence the exagerated use of DOF  <br />
the little guys are running around trying to refuel it in time to go back in the sky ]]>

i started on the outside environement and it was later refined and finished by Don Pool<br />
the gameplay design have been done by Neil Druckmann the texture work for the inside of the uboat have been done by Malcom Hee and the texture work for the outside have been done by Behrooz Roozbeh<br />
i was in charge of the modelling and level building aspect<br />
